SEARCHThe District chose to pursue a bond election under the provisions of Proposition 39, State law requires the District to establish a Citizens’ Oversight Committee appointed by the District’s Governing Board. The Committee purposes are:
- To actively review all projects and expenditures approved by the voters.
- To provide proper oversight and accountability to ensure that Measure N and J funds are used as they were intended.
- To report to members of the community on the progress of Measure N and J projects.
All meetings are open to the public.

The next CBOC meeting will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 6:00 PM. The meeting will take place in the new San Leandro High School Gym.
