Registration & Clearance

All athletic sign-ups must be completed at www.athleticclearance.com.

• All students must have a physical dated after May 1, 2026.
• Once registered, students must get a Golden Ticket from the Athletic Director before participating. Golden Tickets will be handed out after school outside the boys locker room.

Message to Parents & Athletes

We’re excited you want to join Bancroft Athletics! Please be aware of your responsibilities:

• Register online with contact/medical info
• Upload a valid physical
• Agree to team codes of conduct and GPA requirements (2.0 minimum)

Registration Steps

1. Visit www.athleticclearance.com and click on “CA”
2. Create or log into your account
3. Start a new clearance, select Bancroft, choose your sport
4. Complete all required fields
5. Review and submit

Bronco Athletics Participation Agreement

To help students and families better understand the values and responsibilities of being a student-athlete at Bancroft Middle School, all participants must review and sign the Bronco Athletics Participation Agreement. This agreement outlines expectations for academic performance, behavior, practice attendance, and team commitment.
