What am I signing up for when I join the PTO? When you join the PTO, you pay an annual membership fee and agree to receive email updates. That’s it!
Membership is now only $10 per family. We know that money is tight during COVID so we are cutting our membership fee in half for the 2021-2022 school year. WHERE DOES MY MONEY GO WHEN I DONATE TO THE PTO?
Normally, the PTO raises about $30,000 annually to support classroom supplies, online curriculum, community building events and field trips. This year we anticipate that in person community events, field trips and fundraisers will be severely limited. Additionally, we understand that many families have experienced financial hardships during this time and may have limited resources. In response, the PTO plans on reducing our fundraising efforts, supporting free virtual events and focusing funds on online curriculum and distance learning support.
