Lincoln High School is proud to be part of the California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP). At Lincoln, we are working to ensure that every student thrives academically, socially, and emotionally. Through our Community Schools Partnership, we provide mental health counseling and youth development programs. We follow the four foundational pillars to guide our mission for academic interventions that is tailored to the needs of our students.
The four pillars are:
- Integrated Support Services
- Family and Community Engagement
- Collaborative Leadership & Shared Decision Making
- Extended/Expanded Learning Time & Opportunities
These efforts are part of a district-wide initiative aimed towards creating inclusive, supportive environments for all learners, ensuring access to college and career readiness, social-emotional wellness, and community-driven enrichment.
