California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP)

Lincoln High School is proud to be part of the California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP). At Lincoln we are working to ensure that every student thrives academically, socially, and emotionally. Through our Community Schools Partnership, we provide:

  • Integrated Support Services that include mental health counseling, youth development programs
  • Family and Community Engagement
  • Collaborative Leadership & Shared Decision Making
  • Extended/Expanded Learning Time & Opportunities

We follow these four foundational pillars to guide our mission for academic interventions, tailor to the needs of our students. These efforts are part of a district-wide initiative aimed towards creating inclusive, supportive environments for all learners, ensuring access to college and career readiness, social-emotional wellness, and community-driven enrichment.
