This week’s topic: Self-Management. Fall has come and with the highs and lows of managing our families for success. Research shows that this time of year people can struggle with depression, sadness and just feeling overwhelmed. In this session, Blaze Consulting will use the Family Landing Pad, a virtual space for SLUSD parents and caregivers to talk about their own experience of caring for our children and teens during the pandemic.

Come join us for an interactive session as we look for ways to generate joy for ourselves and our families. Let’s come together as a community to connect, be heard and hear each other. Sometimes the best way to generate joy is to know you’re not alone. The session will support families with TK-12th grade students. Raffle Prizes! Spanish and Chinese translations will be provided.
