Hello SLUSD families!
We know that the current shelter in place order is putting a strain on many people in a variety of ways with access to food being one of them. We are partnering with Alameda County through the County Sheriff’s Office, the Deputy Sheriffs’ Activities League and All in Alameda, a county-wide initiative to end poverty to increase access to food for our families through food delivery service.
In order to determine who may be in need of food deliveries during this time as a result of not being able to access a food distribution site or for other reasons, we are asking that you fill out this questionnaire. Upon completion of this questionnaire, staff from the Deputy Sheriffs’ Activities League will get in touch with you directly to confirm meal deliveries to your home.

Sabemos que esta orden actual de refugio está presionando a muchas personas de varias maneras … siendo el acceso a comidas una de ellas. En asociación con la Oficina del Sheriff del Condado de Alameda, la Liga de Actividades del Sheriff Adjunto y All In Alameda County, estamos trabajando para mejorar el acceso a alimentos para nuestras familias.
Para poder determinar quién puede necesitar entregas de comidas a domicilio durante este tiempo como resultado de no poder acceder a los lugares de distribución de la escuela o por otras razones, le pedimos que complete este cuestionario. Al completar este formulario, el personal de la Liga de Actividades del Sheriff se comunicará con usted directamente para confirmar la entrega de alimentos.
