SSC Meetings
What is the School Site Council?
The School Site Council (SSC) is a team of parents, teachers, staff, and the principal who work together to guide important decisions for our school. The SSC helps develop and monitor the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)—a plan that sets our goals for student learning and describes how we use resources to reach those goals.
By serving on the SSC, families have a direct voice in shaping programs, deciding how certain funds are spent, and ensuring that our school’s work supports every child’s success. The SSC meets several times a year, and all parents are welcome to attend to learn more about how our school is growing and improving.
Together, the SSC helps ensure that every student at Madison thrives!
SSC is typically held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 5:00 PM on Google Meets. A link to the Google Meets will be posted on the agenda. Meetings are open to all community members and staff. Notices are posted 72 hours in advance on Parent Square and in the School Hallway.
