On March 27, 2026, from 10:30 AM- 12:30 PM, the San Leandro Adult & Career Education Center will hold the twice-a-year Job and Resource Fair. This community event is designed to provide opportunities for entry-level job placement and to serve as a conduit to the student body, as well as their families and friends. Kristi Kaady, the Transitions Center Specialist, says, “Everyone is welcome to come, and it’s going to work very well for entry-level job seekers.”
Some of the organizations attending are ComFor Care, Alameda County Social Services, Rubicon Programs, St. Vincent de Paul, Bay Well Health, and more. Kimberly Eliason, ESL Teacher and Professional Development, states, “Come join us. It’s a free event, and it’s open to everybody.” The goal is to add value to the community and be of assistance. Eliason adds, “Come for an hour, come for 15 minutes, come for the whole time. Just come.”
