San Leandro, CA—The San Leandro Unified School District (SLUSD) is proud to announce McKinley Elementary Principal Malika Campbell as the 2025 Management Employee of the Year. Principal Campbell began her administrative leadership at the very school where she taught, stepping into the principal role at McKinley Elementary three years ago. With a strong foundation of trust and connection, she brought invaluable insight into the needs of the school community and has continued to foster an environment rooted in care, inclusion, and academic excellence.
