BMS Athletics- Season 4 Sports: Girls Volleyball, Golf, Boys Soccer, Track and Field
Hello Bancroft Community,
Here is some information regarding Season 4 sports that are starting soon...
All athletic registrations will be completed on athleticclearance.com. Physicals (must to be dated after May 1st, 2023) will need to be uploaded with the registration to be able to complete the process. Without an uploaded physical, athletes will not be cleared on the website. Once the athlete has been cleared online, they will need to check in with the Athletic Director (Ms. Hernandez) to receive their Golden Ticket. Student athletes can obtain a physical from their own doctor, it does not need to be on a specific form however it must contain the following information: Student name, Date (after May 1, 2023), Doctor signature (electronic is ok), Language stating something along the lines of “unlimited participation,” “cleared to participate,”..etc.
All athletes will need to be fully cleared with a Golden Ticket before they will be able to try out or participate in any Sports.
Ms. Hernandez will be passing out Golden Tickets in the gym immediately after school. This information and future golden ticket distribution times will also be shared with students via the student bulletin.

A minimum grade point average of 2.0 must be achieved on the quarter report card immediately preceding the beginning of the season. This minimum 2.0 GPA must be maintained for the duration of the sport.Here is a link to our Bancroft Athletic Code of Conduct for your reference.
