To apply for independent study please complete the application form linked below. All applications received by August 13, 2021 have been processed. If you apply after this date you will be contacted as soon as your application is processed and placement is available. Please continue your in person school classes until we contact you with more information. If you would like to request a short term independent study contract through your school, please contact your school site administrator. Short term independent study contracts are available for up to 15 school days.
