School Board Seeks Nominations for City of San Leandro Recreation and Parks Commission Representative

SAN LEANDRO, CA - The San Leandro Unified School District Board of Education is seeking nominations from individuals who wish to represent the District on the San Leandro Recreation and Parks Commission (RAPC).  Applicants must be registered voters and residents of San Leandro who can demonstrate involvement in community service, schools, and Recreation and Parks activities and who have the ability to be a strong liaison between the District and the Commission.   The successful candidate will be expected to attend the Commission’s monthly meetings on the first Wednesday of the month (plus potential ad hoc meetings) as well as monthly meetings to report to the School Board.
